Plegados y Cilindrados
Nuestros materiales debido a sus características de aceros limpios, minerales puros, composición química con bajas aleaciones, templado continuo, etc….. consiguen ser plegados y cilindrados de una forma expcepcional.
Podemos alcanzar ángulos de plegado (utilizando los punzones y matrices adecuadas) y diámetros de cilindrado (cilindros con el diámetro y potencia suficientes) únicas en el mercado sin producir fisuras.
En la tabla de abajo podemos observar los valores de los radios del punzón (en paralelo o perpendicularmente al sentido de laminación) y la abertura de la matriz de plegado para ángulos de 90 º.
